The StopTech Street Pads are a replacement pad compatible with the Front Brembo Calipers on the Civic Type R. These are intended for light street use only. 

These pads are extremely quiet and perform nearly identically to the OE pads that come with your Type R. Another added benefit for these pads over the OE other than the cost, would be that they produce significantly less brake dust, which means you don't have to wash your wheels after every drive! These pads are a great choice for daily driving.
