Best efforts are made to package your product(s) in the safest manner. Products are also inspected prior to shipping to catch any defects that could be present prior to shipping out the order.

We offer ShipTection!

ShipTection Shipping Insurance is automatically added to every Cart, it is removeable by choice. If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we can initiate the ShipTection service claim and the customer can quickly receive a replacement or refund. The cost of the ShipTection add-on is determined by ShipTection as a percentage of your total Cart value - we do not pocket these funds, these are provided to ShipTection automatically for their service.

With items/orders under $100, the shipping couriers will most likely reimburse the buyer but it's still a lengthy claim process. Shipping couriers typically do NOT pay out over $100 in reimbursements even if the items/order value is greater, and that's why we believe it is important to consider some form of shipping protection. Despite our best efforts, packages can be damaged during transit, delivered to the wrong address by a courier, or stolen by porch pirates - we've seen it all!

We added this service after we firsthand experienced how time and resource draining it was to fight with shipping couriers to help customers with packages that were damaged/stolen/lost. ShipTection takes that headache away!
