Unity Performance is here to help you with your build, and we appreciate that you chose us to be your partners in modifying your pride and joy!
To protect and serve the interest of both parties, Customer and Vendor, please have a read through our store Terms of Service. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Things to note before placing an order:
- Please ensure that you have added the right items and right quantities to your Cart
- ShipTection Shipping Protection is automatically added to all Carts. Customers can opt out/remove at their own discretion
- Your payment method will be charged immediately upon the time of order
- You will receive an automated order confirmation email
- You will receive a personalized email if:
- We have to coordinate a Date and Time for Local Pick-up with you
- There's any errors with your order or address details
- Your order is partially or fully not in stock and has a lead time longer than 3 business days. We will communicate the ETA with you, reading our Cancellation Policy below is a must
- Our system alerts us to verify your ID for fraud detection
- Responding to a Note that you may have left for us
Order Cancellation Policy
Except in cases of an error or miscommunication by Unity Performance, any cancelled order prior to the fulfilment of the order is subjected to a 3.3% payment processing fee.
Why is this? Unfortunately we incur a payment processing fee on every single order that is received. Even if we refund an order to a customer, Shopify Payments, our payment processing tool does NOT refund us the processing fee that was originally charged.
Orders which will have cancellation fee applied:
- Customer has changed their mind
- Customer "made a mistake and didn't mean to place an order"
- Customer requests a cancellation of an order that's within the lead time provided of an item that's not yet been shipped
- Miscommunication from Unity Performance
- Lead time for order exceeds ETA by 14 days. This does not mean the date that the customer placed the order, but the date that Unity Performance shares that the item(s) will be in stock
- Customer receives a defective item that can't be replaced
The above scenarios will help clear up any confusion when it comes to which party is responsible in incurring the payment processing fee.
For example, a customer may have paid us $866.50, but we only receive $837.69. If we cancel your order for reasons stated above without a cancellation fee, you will get $866.50 back but we are still charged the $28.81 fee - is that fee really fair to us if the customer makes an error or changes their mind?
Please don't think we are being greedy or trying to take your money by including a payment processing fee, we are simply looking to zero out the balance if the reason is not of our wrong-doing.
You can avoid any cancellation fee by accepting a store credit for future purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact via email to initiate a return. Here's what you need to include:

Subject: Return or Exchange Request --- Order Number.
Body of Message: Reason for requested Return or Exchange --- Pictures of delivered item(s)
Right off the bat, all items are warranted against manufacturer defect and inspected prior shipping out to ensure what leaves our shelves is ready to be installed on your car. If we wouldn't put something on our cars, we wouldn't sell it to you either.

Return Policy
30-day return policy on unopened, unused goods from date which item was delivered to you (exceptions apply, refer to above cancellation policy and below terms). Please take detailed pictures of the packaging to show the packaging is in original condition, and please email customersupport@unity-performance.com within the aforementioned 30-day since delivery time frame - include your Order Number in the email subject line.
Return exceptions [Final Sale Items]:
- Special Order Items
- Wheels
- Tires
- Jets Vinyl
Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For US & International returns, customs processing fee is charged per package, ranging from $6 - $15 USD, depending on the size of the package.
- 3.3% payment processing fee
- No restocking fees on orders that have not been shipped at the time the customer's request has been received
- 5% restocking fee on Returned items that have been shipped before a Return request
- Unity Performance reserves the right to deny a return, OR increase the restock fee if the item is clearly returned in a condition where it cannot be re-sold as New
Once an item(s) is received, it is inspected, documented, and the buyer will be contacted that a return is pending - please allow 3-5 business days from return delivery for this process. If the item(s) is in perfect condition as sent out by Unity Performance, a refund will be issues MINUS your original shipping cost + customs processing fee stated above. If there is any damage to the item(s) that weren't disclosed to Unity
Warranty
The original buyer may be eligible for a new part replacement granted the following:
- Please do your best to address any issues within 7 days of Delivery. Please use provided install videos on the website - statistically I have seen install errors made by those who have not watched the install videos / followed instructions.
- If an issue arises 7 days post-delivery, please send an email at customersupport@unity-performance.com, or go to the Contact page to submit your inquiry. Please send pictures, and send your order number.
- Unity Performance is not responsible for any costs incurred for the install / removal of any products purchased. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item only. Vehicle down time, or any other losses are also not covered. It is always recommended to test any products, especially those with electrical connections to ensure all is in working order prior to completing install.
- Normal Wear and Tear is to be expected of products in use. A warranty claim cannot be initiated for scratches, color-changing due to heat, abrasions
- IMPORTANT: Original buyer must always ship product back first at own expense, and will receive an update upon us receiving and inspecting the product. No exception - please be smart, never throw away your stock parts in general. We will not send out a replacement to you, and then expect you to ship the part back once you get the new part.
