Eibach's FL5-specific Pro-Kit is a great street setup with decent track capability. You'll realistically see an even 1" front drop and 0.7" rear drop on your Type R. Ride quality is firmer than the factory Type R springs, but not stiff enough to be punishing on a daily commute.

The SPC Performance Rear Camber Kit is not mandatory, but available if you'd like more alignment adjustability after the drop.
