Wunderladen Rear Motor Mount (RMM) | 16-21 Civic

so i caved and tired something different. my usual go for mounts on a honda is always hasport. so i got a 62a hasport mount and ive daily drove with it for maybe 60,000km then humza showed me the wunderlander mount and whats his thoughts were... and boy it was worth it. having a more solid bushing but also have less nvh that my hasport that made my mind blow. shift feel more crisp esp downshifts. but having little to no nvh is crazy. well worth the upgrade

I used to have a 70A aftermarket RMM for 3 years to improve the wheel hop issue and shifting experience. While the mount performed good for years, it was a bit too much when it comes to NVH when it comes to starting the car and cruising at low rpm. And I wanted something that balances both performance and comfort as I daily drive my Type R, not saying the previous mount was unbearable but I’m very sensitive to NVH.


Until I came across many research on forums and personally consulting Humza, I chose to go with this Wunderladen 75A mount, dnd I finally got a free weekend to have it installed (with the Whilteline RSB I got from Humza years ago). The moment I started the car, the difference is mind-blowing: the buzzes I noticed with the previous mount was gone immediately without the Wunderladen RMM running in for a distanced drive. The feedback of shifting is so good whenever I was driving normally or spiritually without sacrificing too much of comfort instead of NVH, wheel hop is almost gone like what it designed for. And it all happens within the drive less than 150KM after I installed the mount.

Besides, visually it looks beautiful and tasteful, yet a functional and affordable piece without breaking the bank, suitable for anyone who wants more performance out from the car without sacrificing too much daily drivability, while the NVH is negligible and the trade-off is really worths imho.

First, this part has a great look and feel. It is easy to install and in combination with the RV^ clutch kit, adds greatly to the feel of the car. Does not really increase the amount of vibration in the cabin, but you certainly can feel the difference as the shifting feels nicer, and wheel hop is all but gone./ Did I mention that the purple looks great?

Good quality, feels nice.

Very easy to install took me about 15 minutes and completely eliminated the wheel hop on my fk8 with very minimal vibration felt in the cab definitely gives the car more of a proper race car feel would highly recommend
