Wagner's intercooler core measures 580mm x 400mm x 70mm against the stock unit's 640mm x 160mm x 65mm — a smaller footprint in some dimensions but a massive 145% increase in charge air volume (16.2L vs. 6.6L) and 118% more surface area (2320cm² vs. 1064cm²). CAD-developed freeform cast aluminum end boxes optimize internal airflow, and the whole unit is rated to 6 bar of tested pressure resistance.

Every Wagner intercooler carries a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that also improves heat dissipation, meaning better cooling performance that holds up over the long term rather than degrading with age. The two included reinforced charge air hoses complete the upgrade path for the full charge air system.
