Oil making its way into the intake system quietly costs you octane, which opens the door to detonation, power loss, and carbon buildup over time — exactly what an air oil separator is built to prevent. Verus's AOS uses four 5-micron coalescent filters (one on each inlet and outlet) alongside internal baffling and stainless mesh for genuinely thorough crankcase air filtration, not just a token catch can.

We've seen a meaningful amount of oil collected in the AOS after track days and spirited street driving, which is exactly the proof that it's doing its job instead of letting that oil pass through to your intake. The whole unit is machined in-house in the USA on 5-axis CNC mills, anodized locally, and laser engraved.
