The design engineers at Thermal R&D could not wait to get their hands on the highly anticipated Honda Sport. True to form, the goal was to put out the best combination of performance, sound, and style rather than attempt to be first to market. The focus was on optimizing the sound to be more aggressive without allowing drone, and designing the dual tip as the high-quality upgrade this car deserved.

This is a 3" cat-back exhaust system that maintains all the original hangers, making it a direct-fit install. Gains come naturally from the expanding tube diameter. Designers wanted to maintain the double-exit tip since it was unique to the Honda Sport, and with a 3" system, sound control was a must. An internal rear chamber uses Thermal's unique True Helmholtz Technology (THT) to control drone while keeping the aggressive turbo growl — drone-cancelling when cruising, but deep, throaty notes on acceleration.
