Tein's Flex Z is a step up from the Street Advance Z, adding camber-adjustable top mounts, adjustable ride height, and 16-way damping to the 11th-gen Civic's carried-over 10th-gen suspension platform.

A twin-tube damper design keeps the ride livable on the street despite larger wheels and a lowered ride height — the oil and gas chambers aren't arranged serially, securing enough stroke while keeping friction low for a supple ride at low speed and stable control at high speed. 16-level damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together) via a needle valve lets you dial the ride from comfortable daily-driver to sharper sport handling, and the kit is compatible with Tein's EDFC series for in-cabin damping adjustment on the fly. Adjustable pillow-ball top mounts add negative camber for better handling and wheel/tire clearance, and no-sag SAE9254 springs are cold-formed and powder coated for long-term stability.
