RV6 spent 18 months developing their first front-mount intercooler for this platform, built around an extruded square internal tube and fin core rather than the traditional tube-and-V-fin layout most competitors use. That core design was chosen specifically because it delivers better cooling efficiency, lighter weight, and more structural strength than the V-fin approach, and it holds up better over long-term thermal cycling, which matters if you're actually tracking the car rather than just looking at it.
