The RV6 PCD Catted Downpipe for the naturally aspirated 2.0L Civic was designed entirely in Solidworks 3D modeling with a Romer CMM system for extremely precise measurements. The transition from engine to tube was optimized using advanced flow analysis, then cast in high-strength 304 stainless for a durable, turbulence-free flow path.

The OEM pre-cat on the 2.0L is stamped and welded with no consideration for flow or turbulence — combined with the dual catalytic cores, it chokes the engine of meaningful power. The RV6 downpipe replaces this with a high-flow 300-cell cat and 2.5" stainless tubing for a clean, unrestricted exhaust path.
