Honda's integrated exhaust manifold design killed off the aftermarket header market on the K-series platform, but it also meant living with a factory precat built to be cheap and mass-produced — stamped, welded, and packed with two catalytic cores with zero regard for flow or turbulence. That restriction is choking real power out of your 2.0L before it ever reaches the rest of your exhaust.

RV6's PCD Downpipe fixes that at the source. The engine-to-tube transition was modeled in Solidworks and verified on a Romer CMM system for precise, repeatable measurements, then run through advanced flow analysis before being cast as a single high-strength 304 stainless piece. The result is a smooth, turbulence-free path for exhaust gas to escape — durable enough for daily driving, and free-flowing enough to unlock real gains once you're tuned for it.
