Replacement gasket for PRL's 1.5T downpipe, located between the downpipe and front pipe. 3" ID bore — may also fit other manufacturers' 3" downpipes.

Any time you're removing the downpipe, you need a fresh gasket to seal it back up properly. This gasket is stamped from Klinger GRAPHITE LAMINATE SLS, a material built specifically to hold a reliable seal on exhaust flanges across a wide temperature range, rated up to 450°C — exactly the kind of heat this joint sees close to the turbo.

The graphite layers are bonded to a thin 1.4401 stainless steel foil core using a tightly controlled adhesive process, giving the gasket excellent chemical and high-temperature resistance while staying flexible enough to conform to irregular or slightly imperfect flange surfaces — sealing reliably even on flanges that have seen some wear.
