Brian Crower's L15B7/L15CA spring kit uses PAC Racing valve springs wound from high-grade, super-clean chrome silicon alloy, with proprietary processing for consistent spring pressure at high RPM — exactly where factory dual springs start to lose control over valve float.
This kit pairs the same single spring design with a steel retainer instead of titanium, giving budget-conscious builds the same reliable spring pressure and matched keepers at a lower cost. If shaving reciprocating mass is the priority, Brian Crower's titanium retainer version uses identical springs.
