We built this after discovering a real factory failure mode: the stock clutch master cylinder's damper bolts can fail outright when paired with a heavier-than-stock pressure plate, causing sudden loss of clutch function. Our CMC eliminates that damper entirely, which also cleans up the vague clutch engagement feel and helps address high-RPM gear lockout issues some owners run into.
The factory 3-piece clutch line is replaced with a single-piece braided stainless line, improving pedal feedback while eliminating two potential leak points.
