HEL's carbon fiber brake pad shims use premium carbon fiber with an exclusive non-combustible resin rated past 400°C (752°F) - the resin cures a yellow or orange color depending on the batch. Real-world testing by a professional racing driver across road and track conditions measured an average front caliper temperature drop of 49°C (120°F). Lower caliper temps mean less risk to your seals and more consistent performance under hard, repeated braking.
