If you have one of the non-LTE DR770X and DR970X dashcam models, and feel you would like to add LTE coverage so you can view your vehicle's surroundings from anywhere, at anytime this is the upgrade for you!
All you need is a valid Nano SIM card from AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers, or Telus. If you're on a different carrier, simply reach out to their customer service and verify if their supported band network is any of the following: B2, B4, B12 - these 3 are all compatible.
The LTE Module connects via the USB port of your dashcam. As long as your dashcam is powered, the LTE Module will be powered.
Mobile Hotspot Function
With Mobile Hotspot Function, your compatible BlackVue can now turn into a mobile internet router for up to five devices* concurrently. This means you and your passengers can now use your BlackVue’s internet on your laptop, portable game console, tablet or mobile.
To connect to the BlackVue, simply open your devices’ Wi-Fi menu, select the BlackVue and enter the dashcam’s Wi-Fi password.
