APR's GT Series wings use an all-new low-drag 2D airfoil shape, validated through CFD analysis, that holds downforce consistently across the entire span rather than losing effectiveness toward the tips. The airfoil itself is built from pre-preg carbon fiber reinforced polymer, cured in a high-temperature autoclave with vacuum bagging inside precision aluminum billet molds — a genuine aerospace-grade manufacturing process, not a cosmetic carbon wrap.
