Wunderladen's transmission mount for the FK8 is built from billet aluminum and welded steel with a wrinkle black powder coat finish designed to take real abuse. The bushing axis is deliberately oriented parallel to the crankshaft rather than perpendicular, so the bushing gets loaded radially instead of bent axially when the engine torques — that orientation extends bushing life and reduces the NVH that typically gets transmitted into the cabin with a stiffer mount.
