The Whiteline adjustable lower ball joints are a camber correction kit for the Type R — designed to dial in negative camber in 1-degree increments up to -3 degrees, or up to -4 degrees when combined with the factory strut top guide pins pulled. More negative camber increases front roll resistance, reduces suspension compression on the outside front tyre during cornering, and improves weight distribution, tyre contact, and front-end grip — resulting in higher cornering speeds and improved tyre life when driving at the limit.
