Built from HPDE events to SCCA competition, Spec-R uses the same winding and material as Swift's standard Sport Springs, with two key changes: a modified ride height that optimizes suspension geometry beyond what Sport Springs offer, and a stiffer spring rate pushed right up to the upper limit of your FK8's factory shock valving. The result is a car that feels tighter and more planted through every mode — Comfort starts to feel like Sport, Sport starts to feel like +R — while +R itself is best saved for smooth roads or track days, unless you like living in it full time.
