The XTA steps up from the XA with an aluminum uniball top mount, giving a direct connection to the suspension for genuinely sharper steering response and feedback, plus optional camber or caster adjustment depending on the platform. The same KW damping technology carries over: 18 distinct clicks of rebound adjustment on the upper chromed piston rod, changeable almost instantly — more rebound for track stability and reduced body roll, less for street comfort.

Linear race springs replace the standard progressive setup for more predictable, consistent spring rate through the travel, and reduced system friction from the uniball design makes the damping adjustment more effective in practice, not just on paper. Manufactured in Germany by KW using the same low-friction twin-tube damper and multi-lip sealing package as the rest of the ST lineup, with lowering adjustment through a seamless threaded strut that works even after install.
