Spoon's Rigid Collar Kit inserts into the subframe mounting holes to fill the 2mm gap around the bolts, giving you a genuinely tighter fit that keeps the subframe from shifting and rattling under load. The result is less steering wheel wobble over uneven pavement, sharper suspension feel, and increased chassis rigidity.

The collars are machined from a proprietary alloy developed specifically to crush and conform slightly to mating surfaces for maximum contact — soft enough to seat properly, but not so soft it deforms under load, and not so hard the surfaces just slide against each other. Each kit includes a tube of specially formulated grease to prevent galling between the different metals and ensure proper installation.
