The FK8's biggest strength is how well it balances a supple ride with genuinely sporty handling — Spoon's springs aim to tighten that up rather than throw the balance away. A 6% increase in front spring rate and 15% in rear, paired with the ~20mm drop, lowers the center of gravity and reduces roll and pitch through corners, all while keeping the stock damper in place.

The low-speed ride stays deliberately mild, so you're not fighting a harsh, jittery ride around town in exchange for better cornering — you get both winding-road composure and comfortable daily driving from the same setup.
