The newly redesigned PWR Tube & Fin Intercooler is built around a larger 116mm-thick tube-and-fin core, engineered to improve cooling performance, reduce pressure drop, and give the platform more power headroom. Internally turbulated tubes provide significantly more charge-air flow area than PWR's previous bar-and-plate core, while integrated ducting controls airflow through the intercooler and keeps airflow reaching the radiator.

At the core level, the high-efficiency tube-and-fin design maximizes heat transfer without adding unnecessary weight, coming in at just 14.7 lbs. The CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks distribute charge air evenly across the entire core and hold up to high boost and prolonged load without losing airflow stability.
