Factory plastic coolant tanks look exactly like what they are, and they don't age well — heat cycles over time cause them to become brittle and eventually fail. PRL's aluminum Coolant Expansion Overflow Tank replaces that plastic tank with a sleek, sturdy aluminum piece that fits the engine bay's aesthetic and holds up to heat and pressure far better than the OE part.

Built from TIG-welded 3mm thick aluminum and finished in gloss black anodizing, each tank includes a billet aluminum cap, a sight glass for easy coolant level checks, and a custom lower fitting that connects directly to the factory coolant line. Aluminum's superior thermal conduction also means better heat transfer and stronger resistance to the higher coolant pressures that come with a track-driven engine.
