This is the same PA055 4-piston caliper platform Team Honda Research West runs on their 25 Hours of Thunderhill endurance race cars — proven over serious mileage before it ever reached a street kit. The calipers are CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum for rigidity that translates directly into consistent pedal feel, with titanium nitride-coated stainless steel pistons that resist wear and act as a thermal barrier against brake fluid boiling. Staggered piston bores improve brake balance and even pad wear, and the hard anodized finish holds up to track heat far better than paint or powder coat.

The fully-floating 2-piece rotors use directional, side-specific ventilation vanes that run up to 30% cooler than OE rotors, cast from CM-250 high-carbon alloy iron and heat treated to resist deformation. A slotted friction face keeps the contact surface clean and sheds water in wet conditions, while T-bobbin floating hardware lets the rotor expand and contract through heat cycles without judder. Hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum hats cut unsprung weight without sacrificing strength.
