HPS replaces the restrictive stock intake tubing and airbox with 3.5" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing and a reusable high-flow cotton filter, delivering dyno-proven gains up to 19whp and 20 lb-ft of torque. With the turbo sitting high in the engine bay, heat management was the real engineering challenge here — the powder-coated steel heat shield seals to the hood to block radiant heat from reaching the intake while still letting the turbocharged V6 come through under heavy throttle.

HPS silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps hold up to real driving conditions rather than the cheap hose clamps found on budget intakes, and installation is straightforward bolt-on work with basic hand tools.
