Hondata CANFlex is a 49-state SEMA-certified flex fuel solution for the turbocharged 2.0L FL5 and DE5 platform, letting you run pump gas, E85, or any blend in between without swapping tunes. On its own, CANFlex adds roughly 28 hp over stock by spooling the turbo earlier and running a flatter, more usable torque curve — no more falling off boost high in the rev range.

Paired with a Hondata Fuel System, gains climb substantially: up to 71 hp, with conservative daily-driver calibrations tuned for 400 hp and 400 lb-ft. E85 also acts as an in-cylinder intercooler, adding a charge-cooling benefit you don't get from pump gas alone. The tradeoff is a slight hit to fuel economy, and an experienced tuner can dial in even more on a built engine.
