We've run the Hawk HPS 5.0 on our own Si and Type R, and it's a clear step up from the OE pads — virtually silent, noticeably less brake dust, and stronger heat resistance while still running at low operating temperatures. The Ferro-Carbon compound pairs aerospace-grade material science with motorsports braking technology, resulting in shorter stopping distances and improved performance under heavy braking while staying friendly for everyday street use.
