Fits:

  • 2017 - 2020 Honda Civic Si

Note: All Fortune Auto 510 Coilovers are hand-assembled in the USA, please allow for 4-8 weeks lead time. Any cancellation will result in a 30% restocking fee per Fortune Auto's dealer guidelines.

Our recommendation is to get default spring rates if you are not experienced with choosing custom spring rates, Fortune Auto has chosen these rates as optimal for street & track use. If you're only buying for street use, you can dial down slightly.

_______

Fortune Auto engineers are consistently chasing improvement and the development of the Generation 8 - 50 Series damper is no exception.

The 510 Series single adjustable coilover is a remarkably sophisticated damper system. Utilizing the highly advanced, Concave Flow Digressive Piston to provide an incredibly dynamic adjustment range along with the ability to upgrade and rebuild; you‘ll never have to buy coilovers again.

AT FORTUNE AUTO, PROGRESS NEVER STOPS.

  • Concave Flow Digressive Piston Technology
  • Custom Built – Assembly Certificate and Dyno Graph Supplied with Shocks
  • 5 Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
  • 24-Step Simultaneous Rebound and Compression Adjustable Dampers
  • Monotube Damper with High Pressure Nitrogen
  • T6 6061 Aluminum Mounts and Camber Plates
  • Rebuildable and Revalveable at our Facility in Richmond, VA
  • Modularity – Upgradeable to 2-Way or 3-Way Canister
      No Revalves Necessary
The ultra wide range of adjustment offered by the CFD piston allows for the convenience of tuning your suspension without having to revalve your dampers. A conventional shock absorber can withstand a 2kg spring rate difference before requiring a revalve, whereas the Concave Flow Digressive Technology has a broad range of 8kg spring rates. This is invaluable for tuning your suspension quickly at the track on race day.

      Jekyll and Hyde
The Concave Flow Digressive Piston allows for a Jekyll and Hyde personality. Lower spring rates can be stiffened up by using the wide damping range as an artificial spring rate, while higher spring rates feel much smoother. The large adjustment range contributes to a comfortable ride on the street and unyielding performance on the track, all with the twist of a single adjustment knob.

510 Series Coilovers are custom, hand-built to order. Most applications have a 4-7 week lead time. Lead times for certain applications and peak season orders may vary.

      Swift Springs vs Standard Springs

Swift Springs are very different from FA's standard steel springs. Swift Springs are made of proprietary steel alloy. They react faster and weigh less than a standard spring of the same rate. They have fewer coils which increase the spring stroke and can absorb more energy from the transition in the road/uneven surfaces. Swifts are also more compliant over impacts and during weight transfers. The side effect of this is the superb ride quality of the Swift Springs.

      Swift vs Hyperco

Performance-wise, both are similar in how they act. Both react faster and weigh less than a Fortune Auto standard spring at the same rate. Both are more compliant over impacts and during weight transfers than Fortune Auto default springs, as they use their proprietary coiling methods to make their spring which enhances the capabilities past Fortune Auto's standard springs - essentially, they can achieve more strength in their coil in the spring with less amount of coils this decreases weight.

We do recommend Swift more so, as we have seen better quality from them in terms of reliable attributes. Hyperco is based in the US and has some F1 background, versus Swift which is Japan-based.
