DBA 4000 Series (T3) front slotted rotors are a direct replacement single-piece rotor designed for drivers seeking upgraded performance above OE levels. Cast from high carbon alloyed iron and processed through DBA's Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) — heat treatment cycles that realign the iron microstructure for increased rotor stability and durability under intense, repeated braking.

DBA's Kangaroo Paw vane design uses 144 diamond and teardrop patterned pillars for up to 30% more surface area and 20% better cooling efficiency vs. OEM bridge vane designs. Thermographic heat paint markings change colour at specific temperature thresholds to assist with monitoring braking temperatures and rotor fatigue.
