COBB's Accessport brings full tuning support to the FL5 Civic Type R and DE5 Integra Type S: the Accessport hardware itself, COBB Off The Shelf (OTS) maps, Accesstuner Pro custom tuning support, and COBB's full suite of Custom Features. Core functionality includes gauge monitoring, data logging, performance metrics, and trouble code read/reset alongside the tuning capability.

Unlocking is a straightforward process: once you purchase the Accessport, COBB ships you a custom box to send your ECU in. You pull the ECU, pack it using the provided foam and anti-static sleeve, and ship it to COBB using the included prepaid label. Next-day air is included in both directions to minimize downtime.

Included Off The Shelf Maps

Stage 0 v100, Stage 1 91 Octane, and Stage 1 93 Octane maps are included. The Stage 1 files increase boost pressure and use more aggressive timing and fueling curves to unlock meaningful low-end torque and top-end power gains over stock. Integra Type S gains run slightly lower than the Civic Type R's, since the Integra already carries a small power bump over the Civic in stock form.

COBB Custom Features

Launch Control goes beyond a basic secondary rev limiter, using fuel and ignition cut alongside dynamic rev limiting and load targeting based on rear wheel speed for consistent, repeatable launches. Six configurable rev limit slots are available, with dynamic load control tunable in Accesstuner Pro and adjustable on the Accessport itself.

Flat Foot Shifting keeps the throttle plate open and bypass valve shut through shifts to retain boost pressure, with a default 5500 RPM limit on OTS maps, adjustable in 50 RPM increments.

Burnout Mode is activated by holding the steering wheel Cruise button while going through the standard Launch Control sequence, pushing the RPM limit out of the way for easier tire heat buildup. Default limit is 6000 RPM.
