Honda uses a 64.1mm center bore across all OEM wheels. If your aftermarket wheels have a 72.6mm or 73.1mm bore, you need hub rings to step them down - without them, the wheel relies entirely on the lug studs for centering, adding unnecessary stress and vibration.
