Note: Periodic servicing is recommended every third oil change, or roughly every 12,000-15,000 miles, using the supplied lubrication. A normal "pssst" venting sound may be heard, especially with an open filter intake or larger turbo setup.

The 27WON Billet Bypass Valve is a direct upgrade for the factory BPV found on the FK8, FL5, and DE5 2.0T platform. Designed to handle higher boost pressure while maintaining OEM-style drivability, this valve replaces the factory rubber diaphragm design with a more durable internal metal piston.

Unlike a traditional blow-off valve, the 27WON BPV is fully recirculating, helping maintain proper fuel trims while still giving you that satisfying turbo venting sound, especially when paired with an open intake. It's built to work with the factory turbo as well as upgraded turbo setups, making it a great supporting mod for both stock and higher-output K20C builds.
