Note: PCV and CCV catch cans function completely independently and are sold separately or together as a Dual Kit. Radium recommends the Dual Catch Can Kit for the most complete engine protection. CCV can mounts to the RH motor mount — minor modification may be required with an aftermarket mount.

Radium Engineering catch cans feature large 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, 2-step oil separation baffling, and an O-ring sealed dipstick. Each kit mounts using factory holes and integrates cleanly with the surrounding components — no cutting, drilling, or permanent modification required.

These are closed-loop systems that do NOT vent to atmosphere (VTA), keeping them emissions and track legal. They remove oil and sludge from PCV gases before routing them back to the engine to be burned, while promoting negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance and keeping unwanted oil vapor out of the cabin. The built-in dipstick makes it easy to check accumulated fluid at a glance.

The PCV catch can runs inline with the factory PCV valve and retains its function — no inline check valve is needed since Radium's catch cans are pressure sealed, allowing a direct intake manifold connection. The CCV catch can runs inline with the crankcase vent port, capturing oil and sludge that would otherwise accumulate in the air filter intake pipe and intercooler, where it lowers thermal efficiency and hurts performance. Crankcase vent lines route over the engine and billet-clamp to the turbo inlet pipe using temperature-resistant metal tubing.
