Ultra Racing Strut Bar | 16-21 Civic

Awesome look and feel! Love the strut bar and you can’t deny having white on white!

OMG... I can't even find the words to express how much of a difference the strut bar makes. The steering dynamics feel a lot more direct inspiring more confidence when both entering/exiting corners. It's a lot more confidence inspiring for sure... i'd recommend this first, even on stock suspension;)

I had this installed back in Oct of '21 at the same time with the UR front power brace and the White Line 22mm. Immediately noticed the difference in the way I was able to turn the wheel and have better control. Helps out with the tightening the front. Recently got the 27mm front sway bar installed and that complements it all together.

Install took only 15 minutes, but the fitment isn't perfect on a 2016 civic 1.5t. There is a 4 th stud on the strut tower that isn't in the stock photos (where the 4th empty slot is on the bar). This 4th stud has a not removable circular thin collar. The bar fits over it, but there is a minor interference. I used the remaining 3 nuts to tighten the bar to the strut tower anyways slightly deforming the bar to fit.

Car handling is improved, bar is definitely worth it, very happy. I've always found the civic to require lots of micro adjustment with the steering wheel to stay straight in the lane, but with this bar there is a significant improvement.

For this price, the bar should come with heat protecting tape, as it does come into contact with a rubber hose that it'll eventually melt. You should buy some heat shielding tape to complete the install.
