Designed to keep under hood temps down our Dream Automotive hard lagged Turbo cover offers superior protection against engine bay heat-soak from the turbo and downpipe on the K20C1 engine. 

The process involves the insulation material being pressed into shape a metallic skin is then micro spot-welded covering the insulation creating the completed shell. 

The metallic skin also acts as part of the thermal barrier by providing additional heat resistance. Made from aerospace technology materials, the hard lagging can withstand temperatures of up to 1200°C
