PRL's CNC-machined billet aluminum MAF housing is engineered to keep your fuel trims within factory spec (within -4% of factory STFT & LTFT) for reliable drivability while still unlocking real gains. The Cobra CAI runs a 4" volume from the filter into the MAF housing and comes in two configurations — Street and Race — both using your factory MAF sensor but with different housing diameters and profiles.

The Street housing is built to deliver its power gain with zero tuning required, while the Race housing opens up 50% more airflow volume than Street for a bigger gain — which is why it does require a Race MAF-specific tune. Both Hondata and KTuner offer Race MAF basemap calibrations, so getting tuned isn't a hunt for a rare file.
