Over a year of development went into this kit specifically to avoid the compromises other oil cooling solutions force on you — no cutting the bumper, no coolers blocking the radiator's airflow path. The dual PWR single-pass cores reduce oil temps by 35F and coolant temps by 30F under demanding track conditions, backed by Raceflux 10AN insulated lines and an HEL thermostatic sandwich plate (180F) for proper warm-up.

The custom dual ducting, CAD-modeled by Casale Design LLC, replaces the OEM brake ducts to feed both the brakes and the oil coolers fresh air — extensive track testing confirmed no loss in brake cooling performance despite splitting that airflow. Hot air exits through angled fender liner vents, keeping front-end grip and tire wear unaffected.

Oil pressure stays stable despite the added cooling capacity, showing only a 4-5 psi drop with more consistent readings across a session thanks to lower peak temps. The system also adds roughly 1.6 quarts of oil capacity, giving the whole system more thermal mass to work with.
