Fits:

  • 2016 - 2021 Honda Civic
  • 2017 - 2020 Honda Civic Si
  • 2017 - 2021 Honda Civic Type R FK8
  • 2022+ Honda Civic
  • 2022+ Honda Civic Si
  • 2022+ Honda Civic Type R FL5
  • 2023+ Acura Integra

Notes: no additional brackets required for 2016 - 2021 Civic. 2022+ Civic, and 2023+ Integra require additional Honda OEM brackets as the factory sway bar has them welded shut to them. It's easier to order with new brackets compared to prying/cutting existing brackets, and then having to reverse the process if you part out the car in the future

    _______

Engineered to 'Activate More Grip', sway bars are principally designed to reduce body roll or sway. By reducing body roll, lateral loads are spread more evenly across the tires thereby increasing cornering grip and improving outright performance.

Whiteline's 22mm 2-point adjustable Rear Sway Bar is one of the best modifications you can do to improve your 10th Gen Civic's handling! Having tested it personally on Street and Track with a stock front sway bar in place still, I felt that the rear wanted to rotate with the front of the car, and not just dragging around like a dog's tail. The Unity Si was more eager to turn in, but at no point felt scary that it would oversteer out of control. In fact, benefits extend to improvements in handling, safety and tire wear without affecting ride quality or comfort. See attached pictures of 18mm Si vs. 22mm Whiteline rear sway bar.

22mm Rear Sway Bar Bushings and Grease is included in the base price. Accord End Links are an inexpensive upgrade that will work perfectly and are highly recommended as they are stronger aluminum versus plastic factory Civic end links, which can break with the increased torsional rigidity. You don't need to get the more expensive Whiteline Adjustable End Links but they're listed if you would like them.

    Instant Difference!

When I first met Humza and was introduced to unity performance through the 10th gen club, the first mod he suggested was this. I should of listened 2 years ago now when he told me to get it even as a first mod. This rear sway bar with the accord end links are a complete gamechanger soon as you install it. I had Thusee install it while having a regular service done. Luckily I had to race back to unity after installing it to beat Thusee and surprise him so I really got to put it to the test. Was able to corner easily 30-50% more harder on off and on ramps, moving in and out of lanes to beat the traffic was a breeze and now after a year of having it I highly suggest it to anyone looking to get into anything handling related for their civic. Even just daily driving is more enjoyable now and a huge benefit during heavy rain or snow making the car feel more planted. 110% recommended.

    The real deal

Highly recommended. I love how it eliminates the body roll when making those sharp turns at a high speed. Car is a gamechanger in my books. If you don’t have it, GET IT!

    Worth the money

Was on the fence at first, after installation and a few runs you can really feel the difference especially when diving into corners at speed.

Literally transforms how the car turns in

I've spent a fair amount of cash on Civic parts now, and without a doubt, this is the thing that has changed the way the car feels and acts the most. I got the Accord end links with this sway bar, since I didn't trust the plastic stock ones, the Accord end links do the job, they fit perfectly with no modification necessary, though getting at the nut for final torqueing can be a pain (stubby ratcheting wrenches, or a 1/4" ratchet with lots of teeth inside help a ton). I recommend putting blue loctite on these nuts so you know you never have to mess with them again. You only need to torque them to 38 foot pounds, so a 1/4" is fine.
As for the sway bar itself, WOW. The car used to feel numb at the rear, and turn in was ok but nothing special. Now the rear reacts to inputs the way it should. It is also a lot easier to induce oversteer. Notice I say "induce". It doesn't stiffen up the rear so much that the rear will step out without warning, but if you want to make the rear rotate, well it just became a lot easier.
If I were recommending things to do to a new Si owner, rebuilding the shifter with Acuity parts, and installing this sway bar are the things I would say they MUST do. Both of these are genuine upgrades, things that make the 10th gen Si feel the way it should have felt from the factory.
