Constructed entirely from SUS304 stainless steel, the Revel Medallion Touring Premier Valved Exhaust offers excellent corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and strength for both street and performance driving. The 1.5mm wall thickness helps reduce unwanted resonance while maintaining a solid, premium feel, and mandrel-bent piping preserves consistent diameter through each bend for smooth, efficient exhaust flow.

Engineered to deliver a refined driving experience without sacrificing sound or performance, the system stays under 93dB with the valve closed for daily-friendly acoustics, and opens up to a more aggressive tone for spirited driving — making full use of the factory-style variable valve function. Every joint is hand TIG welded for excellent strength and durability, and the Advantex muffler packing is rated to withstand temperatures up to 1200°F, providing strong sound suppression with better longevity than traditional fiberglass packing.

The straight-through muffler layout improves exhaust flow for increased performance potential while helping reduce overall system weight. Compact muffler canisters also provide better ground clearance, making the system well suited for lowered vehicles.
