PWR went back to the drawing board for this one: a triple-pass design using proprietary rolled dimple tubes and louvered R-fins to drastically increase both heat transfer and coolant turbulence. Most triple-pass radiators trade some restriction and pressure drop for the extra pass length, but PWR balanced flow distribution across all three passes and paired it with low-restriction end tank geometry specifically to avoid that tradeoff — the result holds thermal stability even under sustained track abuse rather than just adding surface area on paper.
