The ESCO-Insulated is the rebirth of Acuity's original ESCO shift knob, combining handcrafted lettering and finishing techniques with modern multi-axis CNC machining. Its 40mm barrel-shaped upper portion, gently domed top, and tapered bottom give it a carefully-crafted profile that fits naturally in most drivers' hands — the shape itself forces a more consistent grip position, which trains muscle memory and makes shifts more repeatable over time.

A stainless steel core gives the ESCO-Insulated real heft — 185 grams finished, heavier than all-plastic insulated designs — for a substantial shift feel that still lets gearbox feedback come through rather than getting masked by a too-light knob. That same steel core means far more durable threads than an all-plastic knob offers long-term. The 6-speed Honda/Acura gear pattern is engraved into the plastic shell and backfilled for deep, durable lettering, finished in a clean white-shell/black-lettering or all-black look.
