The 2020+ Type R shifter is widely regarded as one of the best factory manual shifters in any car at any price point. This kit brings that OEM unit to all 2016–2021 six-speed Civic trims, paired with Acuity Instruments upgrades that take it even further. The result: a 1" lower knob position (nearly 2" lower with an Acuity POCO knob), shorter throw, tighter gate spacing, and increased gear-to-gear effort for a more precise, tactile feel — at less than half the cost of the full Acuity adjustable shifter.

Optional shifter cable linkage bushings are available separately and are worth adding for the full effect.
