The special competition high performance intercooler core ensures outstanding cooling properties, while the freeform cast aluminum end boxes, developed in CAD, ensure the best possible internal airflow. With an impressive pressure resistance of up to 6 bar (tested), these intercoolers are ready to withstand the toughest demands. The kit also includes 2 reinforced charge air hoses to optimize the complete charge air path in the best possible way.

The Wagner intercooler is probably the most engineered intercooler on the market from the most technical company that only specializes in intercoolers. It's designed very well. It comes with charge pipes that are over sized so it's ready for big boost. It covers the entire ac condenser/radiator area but It has less pressure drop than the factory intercooler because of the design. It's thinner than the factory unit and it is extrude honed which promotes better airflow. During dataloging the iat's are around 7*'s above ambient during pulls. You can really tell the extra mile was taken in development vs the other units on the market. And Unity has the best pricing so it's a win win. It's also black so if you approach somebody that's not familiar with the ctr they won't even think it's turbocharged. On the stock turbo I was able to get 385whp/391tq with the stock catback 200 cell dp and prl front pipe. I have yet to Dyno it with the upgraded turbo but it will happen soon.
