ShipTection Shipping Protection

Hi Brandon, we understand your grievance with paying extra for a shipping insurance service, but there are several reasons it's a great product:

1) Protects you for 100% value of the shipment. Standard courier coverage is only $100 - you've had 3 orders with us, all of which well exceeded that limit. If anything happened to either, you would be covered and it's a lot easier dealing with 3rd party insurance than it is with a courier

2) We have the lowest 3rd party insurance coverage rate - we have seen other vendors charge as high as 3%, whereas we've negotiated coverage for 1%

3) On all 3 orders you received Free Shipping, so its not unfair to offset some cost with shipping insurance.

Hope that's understable. You may not use the insurance, just like you don't get into a car collision every month but still have to pay the premiums, but it's a nice peace of mind to have in case anything happens.
