The newly redesigned PWR Tube & Fin Intercooler is built around a larger 116mm-thick tube-and-fin core, engineered to improve cooling performance, reduce pressure drop, and give the platform more power headroom. Internally turbulated tubes provide significantly more charge-air flow area than PWR's previous bar-and-plate core, while integrated ducting controls airflow through the intercooler and keeps airflow reaching the radiator — a setup built for sustained track use, not just a single hot lap.

The result is better intake air temperature control, lower restriction, and more cooling capacity as power and airflow demands climb. Every part of the system was designed with a purpose — efficiency, flow, and integration with the rest of the cooling system — rather than just an oversized core with flashy end tanks bolted on.

At the core level, the high-efficiency tube-and-fin design maximizes heat transfer without adding unnecessary weight, coming in at just 14.7 lbs.
