_______
PRL's rear motor mount is built around an I-beam core — the same shape used in structural beams and connecting rods because it resists bending, stress, vibration, and deflection better than a solid block. That extra material over the factory design gives you real rigidity gains without turning your engine bay into a buzzing mess.
Two press-fit 60A EPDM bushings sit inside a precision-machined billet 6061 aluminum housing, with a press-fit connection that eliminates any gap between bushing and housing — no metallic vibration or noise, just the EPDM doing its job of absorbing engine and chassis movement. Zinc-coated bushing shells and center inserts add corrosion resistance. EPDM was chosen specifically because of its resistance to heat, ozone, chemicals, and tearing — unlike urethane, it won't mushroom or wear out over time, which is exactly why OE manufacturers rely on it.
