Does not include an ethanol content gauge — Hondata and KTuner V1.2 offer Bluetooth monitoring, and the KTuner V2 LCD screen can display ethanol content directly if you want a dashboard readout. The factory fuel line assembly is Teflon-lined and already highly resistant to ethanol fuels, so there's no need to replace it unless it's kinked or damaged.

Running ethanol blends gives you a cheaper alternative to race gas or methanol — it burns cleaner, cooler, and resists detonation better than pump gasoline, which matters a lot on a factory turbocharged engine. A flex fuel setup lets your ECU read the ethanol content in real time and adjust for it, so you can safely run anything from straight gasoline to E85 out of the same tank.

PRL's kit reads ethanol content wirelessly to any smart device, and can output a configurable 0.5-4.5V signal to your tuning device to enable true flex fuel operation. It taps into the factory fuel line and uses factory under-hood plugs for power and ECU communication — no cutting, splicing, or running wires through the firewall into the cabin. Installation and removal both take minutes, not hours.
